Every month, we will introduce you to a new “Great and Simple” principle.  This month’s principle is: reducing your stress

Here’s how:

  • Practice deep breathing
  • Take a few minutes to mediate a few times a day
  • Do some kind of exercise, for at least 20 minutes
  • Get to bed to get a good night’s sleep
