Every month, we will introduce you to a new “Great and Simple” principle. This month’s principle is: reducing your stress.
Here’s how:
- Practice deep breathing
- Take a few minutes to mediate a few times a day
- Do some kind of exercise, for at least 20 minutes
- Get to bed to get a good night’s sleep
